What do you mean they've been retconned? Sun and Moon Stones will still exist in the game and you can still evolve Riolu and Chingling in them, nothing has actually been changed about the day/night cycle, the only difference is that it'll be nighttime when you play Moon during the day and daytime during the night. Also why are you including Spritzee? You evolve it by trading, not by evolutionary stones or time of day.

Evolve Nidorin(a/o) during the Day - Poison/Fighting
Evolve Skitty during the Day - Fairy
Evolve Riolu during the Night - Fighting/Ghost
Evolve Spritzee during the Night - Fairy/Dark
Evolve Helioptile during the Night - Dark/Electric
Evolve Chingling during the Day - Psychic/Fire
Evolve Munna during the Day - Psychic/Fairy
Evolve Sunkern during the Night - Grass/Dark

There are a few more that get a second form added to the original... Mostly Pokemon that evolve with the Sun or Moon Stone or evolve exclusively at night or day. There are three others that are in there that are out of left field like Spritzee.

That would be interesting, giving day forms to those who use the Moon stone to evolve and giving Night form to those who use the Sun Stone to evolve.

I doubt they would make Tyrunt and Amaura have day & night forms.
