Sprites are 2D pixel art.
Models are 3D digital sculptures.
Animation is the way something moves.
The same model can be freely recolored, they are not like clay sculptures.

Being well-made doesn't make it less ugly or stupid looking. You can put all the craftsmanship In the world into a piece of artwork, but if it still looks bad in the end, it still looks bad. No one cares about the process, 99.9% people only care about the finished product. In the case of gen-6 models, they have washed out colors and a lot of them move weird or don't quite look right.

I know you're a sinnohfetus and you only ever experienced one sprite for your """bro""" but Pokemon go through minor design changes whenever they get a new sprite. It's not surprising the 3D model differs from the sprite.
