I'm heading toward Victory Road in BW1. I have a Technician Cinccino, and I'm wondering which move is better: Wake-Up Slap, or Rock Blast? I don't have any other Rock-type attacks on my team, and I already have a Fighting-type. But maybe Rock Blast is kind of repetitive since I already have Tail Slap and Bullet Seed too. Thoughts?

I'd say definitely go for rock blast. It's much more useful imo + competitive sets use it too

Skill is a HA and this is BW1, so no free HA Minccino.

Rock Blast compliments Bullet Seed in terms of coverage quite nicely, but two members of the elite 4 are weak to fighting, there's that to consider.
