Lilligant, Meloetta and Milotic over Jynx, Gothitelle and Mawile

So, let's first think about what a Femme Fatale is. It's a mysterious, seductive woman that uses her feminine wiles to cause a character harm and misfortune.

So just having feminine Pokemon doesn't seem enough. There's a sense of duplicity, manipulation, and trickery at work. So a Pokemon like Mawile, that lures prey closer by seeming innocent and then going for the jugular, fits perfectly. Lure, disarm, attack. That's the concept at play here.

Gothitelle and Gardevoir are just feminine Psychics that love their trainer a bunch. Mismagius and Froslass are tricky ghosts, so that fits well enough. Jynx seems pretty out of place, too, though.If you're married to aesthetics, Cincinno posses a semblance to some high-class woman, given the chinchilla scarf it wears. I might suggest Ditto, Zoroark, Teddiursa, and/or Sudowoodo. They aren't as clearly feminine, but they follow the theme of "appearing or seeming like something they are not."

Beyond mere Pokemon selection, attacks are pretty important. A focus on status play. Pretty much everything would have Attract. In that regard, Pokemon with Cute Charm would do well, like, say, Milotic, which has the added benefit of being The Beauty Pokemon. Fake Tears, Charm, and Baby-Doll eyes are appropriate as well. Additionally, Pokemon with Prankster can function in this regard.
