Pontificate: Gives sound based moves priority

Spit Ball: Makes ball moves linger and gives set damage effected by the type of the move

Caffeinated: Makes the first two moves the user has priority moves. Will only work once a battle

Time Bomb: Raises the power of an attacking move based on the number of turns the user has where it doesn't attack.

Primal dialga ability - Time Distortion: activates trick room when enter to battlefield.

Primal Palkia - Space distortion: Faster pokemon attack with +1 priority, disabling dialga's ability.

Primal giratina - underworld portal: disables all abilities into the battlefield.

Statis Aura: All moves have 0 priority.

Solar Generator: Chlorophyll for electric types.

Possession: This pokemon uses the opponent's attack stat to deal damage with physical attacks. Exclusive to ghost types.

Roulette: Gives this pokemon a random ability at the start of the battle. It can't get exclusive abilities or things like Trace, Huge Power, or -ate abilities.

Better idea: Whenever attack would normally be boosted 1 stage, attack is increased 2 stages, but defense decreased by one stage. Likewise, Swords Dance will give +4 Attack and -2 Defense.

Could also make the reverse, and special variants.

Silver Lining: When a weather condition ends, the user will gain a random stat up for every turn it was in battle prior to the weather effect ending (maxes at 5).

Hotblooded: User's attacks are boosted by 1.3, but if a turns ends without the user damaging the opponent, the user loses 1/4 its max hp.

Resolve: User gains +1 SPE every time an opponent switches out.

i'd also like to see a function with certain moves and an ability called turtle or turtling, where the pokemon takes half damage from attacks provided they use a move that fits into a certain category (like sound) that would include things like rollout, defense curl, withdraw etc

I've been googling for several minutes and can't find any information one way or another, so I'd assume they have default friendship values, or 0.

I know NPC Pokemon have 0 IVs and EVs, aside from special trainers like Alder and N, etc.
