Weavile is cool, one of the few cross-gen evolutions that improve upon the original in appearance. It deserves a mega.
I'd say make it Dark/Steel type with Technician, because it naturally learns as many Steel-type moves as Ice-type moves (one) and I'm a sucker for alternate forms that change type.

Sneasel is one of the few Pokemon that survived the transition to 3D desu

Yeah, nah. It's cool and all, but Sneasel is better looking by far. The asymmetry is great and not something done often enough in Pokemon. Plus it has a much better idle stance in-game.
