I really do think Wimpod is the equivalent of the Magikarp-Gyarados relationship. I mean:

The overemphasis really sells it, like how they emphasized on how useless Magikarp is. Like how Magikarp to Gyarados is weak to strong, Feebas to Milotic is ugly to beautiful, and now Wimpod is probably going to be cowardice to bravery.

I'd like to see Wimpod's evo be an overly brave arthropod sea monster, and its ability could be the exact opposite of Wimp Out in which is forces the opponent to run away or switch out

Looks like a Carvanha with a more simplified jawline. Especially considering Sharpedo is so hyped up as a riding pokemon. But It's head kind of long and the top fins should be more visible, though, so who knows.

Either way i doubt it's wimpod. An isopod becoming a big chompy fish would be kind of out of place and pretty lame.

I hope it keeps wimp out.
