Not as ugly as the fetus sprite but the legs are awkward and its torso is a little too thin in that particular pic.

I don't think many could actually give an objective analysis of Mew's design. The thing is just so ridiculously enigmatic and enthralling by its very origin as the uncatchable Pokemon.
