It's cute.

Interesting design with potential. I doubt it'll happen but it would be cool if it had two branched evolutions. One that keeps its type and evolves by some method. Another that becomes Fairy/Poison by leveling upside down like Inkay. It's face looks too much like a skull for it not to have something like that.

Not counting eggs before they hatch though.

I can't wait to have a full Mushroom team someday. Parasect, Breloom, Amoongus, and this thing.

Those guys actually had a purpose as to why they don't evolve. Carbink was just for Diancie and Spinda was just for that pattern gimmick.

Morelull is really adorable and I'm glad to finally see a new Grass/Fairy type (why are Florges and Comfey not part Grass???). It's definitely earned a spot in my team; if it is version exclusive, I can trade with my sister since she's getting Moon.
