It would help add contrast to Aether too.
They have some many "employees" they hardly even have identities to their higher ups, but Team Skull actually knows all their grunts by name and see them as their own people.

Stop trying to steer this away from the point. Baiting for "guaranteed replies" and sharing an opinion are two completely different things. It's like you just completely ignored my post. You started by painting me as someone just going for the "guaranteed replies," and the more I give reasoning, the more you shift to blaming me of going somewhere else with this whole thing.

If you're really going to shift and go with this, then explain how it's really so unheard of to have side topics. We don't have one track minds that keep us uniformly on a single topic at all times. There's no unspoken rule or hive mind command that says we can't talk about other things in addition to the main topic. As long as the thread isn't completely derailed, which is unlikely just by saying I don't like something. If I had said something racey about a topic in the show, or something, I could see it going overboard. But just saying I don't like it, and then someone saying "why not," or "I don't agree," followed by me giving reasons or saying fair enough is not a destroyer of threads. But when you come back with the good old (you) meme, it's like you're going for that.

But it's either all that, or you just don't understand how the (you) meme actually works. Take your pick.

In the end though, what it really boils down to is you like the show, and you get upset when someone says they don't. Which is fine if you like it anon. The show is obviously successful and well received. I just don't like it. I gave it a fair shot and watched a decent bit of episodes, and I just don't agree with some of the directions it takes.
