agreed. it did have many flaws though. i wasn't a huge fan of how annoying it was to keep track of warriors who didn't have perfect links. it also got repetitive. some warlords not getting obvios legendaries is another thing.

Conquest was pretty good, but it still had a lot of problems. Most characters designs got repetitive fast, as well as the dialogue. I hope that if it ever gets a sequel, they polish it.

I hated hated HATED that they delete your army when you beat the game in Conquest. It's the sole reason I never replayed it.

this, maybe they could add a region based on china (for dynasty warriors character designs)
oichi would be the fairy kingdom leader.

When you defeat a Pokemon it turns into a mini pokeball that can be used to turn your magical girl into a gijinka version of it with the powers

Pokemon Conquest was pretty disappointing. I was excited for a game in a medieval japan setting, but instead I got a shitty region with ugly kingdoms and with not much to do, some trashy anime plot and a terrible dex. The gameplay gets repetitive and tedious fast too, so it can't really save it.

But seriously, they have all kinds of pokemon perfect for a traditional japanese setting like ninetales, seaking, mawile, ninjask, shiftry, claydol, cherrim and bronzong, and they pick pokemons like chandelure, gothielle, zebstrika, metagross, gurdurr, empoleon, scrafty and drifblim instead. Such a waste.

At least the characters from the other game were cool.

I'd like a new console game like Colosseum. Those were my favorite games in the series for a long, long time.
