How much different is this one to Another world? (recently got into touhou and by extension touhoumon so i have no idea xD)

another world is a pokemon hack. this one is a pokemon clone.
among the differenaces:
1. you can choose where to put the evs you gain from battles
2. everyone can evolve the same level, it changes typing, stats and movepool but not appearance
3. you can relearn old moves any time you want (but not in the middle of a batlle)
4. all tms are reusable
5. hms are now key items rathar than moves

you also have some things pokemon only gain in later gens such as phys/spec split and abilities that didn't exist in gen3.

you can also choose your starter from literly everyone. the staters are arranged by their chronoligical appearance in the series, so you might have a problem finding your fav.

I'm not too familiar with Flan and Yuuka, but Kokoro can be either a Moody Bibarel or a slow Greninja. No idea what her Extra form is either.

The biggest changes are a new type (got translated as Warped but I have that name so I call it Chaos), every 2hu getting an Extra form in addition to Power/Defense/Speed which tends to be pretty different from the other two options you have, and the newhus you mentioned.
You can also now give your starter a wedding dress.

Speed Flandre: 70/120/60/120/60/70 (Anger Point/Mold Breaker) [Dark/Light]: Plays like Cacturne with a bit more speed and bulk, or Blaziken with no Speed Boost.

Power Flandre: 50/115/90/145/60/80 (Anger Point/Unnerve) [Dark/Fire] Similar to Mega Camerupt/Chandelure, but a lot less bulky and a bit faster.

Power Yuuka: 100/140/100/90/60/45 (Pressure/10% of contact moves inflicing burn) [Nature/Electric]: Conkeldurr like bulk with usable SpA and less SpD

Defense Yuuka: 95/115/185/55/45/40 (Pressure/Analytic) [Nature/Earth]: Cloyster with no SpA

Power Kokoro: 90/110/80/110/80/60 (Shield Dust/Protean) [Void/Light]: Slow bulky Greninja if you choose Protean

Defense Kokoro: 110/80/80/85/125/50 (Shield Dust/Moody) [Void/Fighting]: Bulkier but weaker Octillery?
