Looks like a downgrade from the XY Limited Edition 3DS ones.

Made it black instead of using their color schemes. And on the back, they just put the silhouettes of them instead of putting the starters like how XY had.

Damn and I just bought a new 3DS XL. I got the Hyrule Edition though, so I'm okay.
