It still baffles me that Earth Power isn't on most Grass-types like Ice Beam is on most Water-types.

How do we fix her?

She needs extrasensory and earth power badly, probably scald if we are pushing it or focus miss.

She is in an awkward spot, she got status moves and a Godlike set up move, but she has no coverage outside of hp fire...

Probably a water type mega with scald and swift swim/drizzle or a fire lily with flash fire for the lolz could end up working if she gets heatwave, heck a flying Lily with hurricane to finally do something better than Whimsicott...

She needs a movepool and secondary stab badly.

Cinccino is pretty great already. The only other thing she could use is Bone Rush or a multi-hit Fire-type move, so she can hit those pesky Steel Types. I guess a Fighting or Ground Z-Crystal working off Wake-Up Slap or Dig would help, but it'd be at best an emergency one-shot and outside of those emergencies, a Life Orb or King's Rock would be better.

If only Unovan Pokemon would get Alolan Forms. A volcano-dwelling Fire/Normal Minccino taking advantage of volcanic ashes to bathe would be pretty neat.

As far as believable changes go, earth power, fiery dance, and thunderbolt with sheer force, magic bounce, or dancer as the HA would make it decent and difficult to switch into. It would pop up to at least BL and compete with, and most likely beat, Volcarona in usage. With rocks and at +1 with sheer orb, it could ohko Gengar using fiery dance. Not spectacular but usable with some number of niches.

You first need to make her actually be good, remember the Zapdos, Quagsire and Tangrowth spikes, they where reminded these guys where good!

Now take a look at Lilligant, can she pull a Tangrowth with THAT movepool?
