Metagross is my favorite, but I'm a HUGE steel-type fan in general, and recent generations have been VERY kind to the type. (Aegislash, Ferrothorn, Mega Scizor.)

The main reason why I'm a fan of Metagross above all the other steel types is the Destiny Deoxsys movie. Motherfucker was awesome to see in action. Scizor comes in at a VERY close second though.
