Sun and Moon Fossil Mons

Mine is originally a Water/Dark type who went extinct due a drastic change in water temperature. It becomes a Dark/Rock a dis in Pokemon Moon.

More water/rock pokemon
Maybe a long neck dinosaur (and it could be related to lapras, as an ancestor) and a fish like pokemon.

I wpuld like a Hallucigenia based fossil mon, Rock/Psychic and it has a special split evolution. If you hold your 3DS normally, it evolves in a bigger, more armored version and can learn lots of Poison moves. If you hold your 3DS upside down, it evolves with straight, pike like legs and tentacles on its back.
