Because it comes in and you send out your living Weavile into a Dragon Claw. Then if Weavile is still alive, it switches out, and you have a nearly dead Weavile with nothing to show for it. It can just switch in again, Intimidate again, and Mega Evolve when it damn well pleases.

It has few, if any counters. Things can check it, but then it just switches out, and you loose from that exchange, since you only landed an Ice Shard on a Heatran or something, while Salamence fucking killed something.

The thing is Mega Aggron has to rely on Rest for recovery, and gets forced out by any bulky Water since it can't touch it. It's more effective in tighter formats like Battle Spot Singles.

I brought a Mega Aggron to Battle of Hoenn because it could take on Mega Salamence and Mega Metagross and Lati@s.

It's because stealth rocks has a defined function where only certain amounts of Pokemon can set it, whereas in term a similar number can remove it.

Evasion can be used by every Pokemon that can use Tm's and turns everything into a coin flip, except you have to flip like 4 at once to damage the thing
