I quite like them, the progression seems appropriately "baby-adolescent-adult." I'm assuming based off the Pokeballs behind them that they're Water-Water-Water/Fairy?

Seems random to want feedback on something that was uploaded to deviantart a year ago.

Weird idea.
First form is okay.
Second form is the worst, I'd scrap it completely.
Third form is also okay but it's very jumbled up. Maybe decide on whether you want it to be a swimmer or a climber because it doesn't look like it can do both.

I assume they're mergoat starters based on Capricorn? I like them but I think the first and second evos could use a bit more distinction. Very nice attention to detail on the final stage though.
