Just beat the champ in Emerald. Now all I'm going to do is catch some Pokémon and teach them tutor moves in preparation of SM. If megas return, Double Edge Glalie, Altaria or Pinsir would be pretty cool.

My team basically consists of Pokémon I havn't really used ingame before, with the exception of Sceptile. Also the only reason I'm using Ninjask is because I wanted a Swords Dance Shedinja for SM.

In my first Voltwhite 2 run trying to find a sabeleye. Its actually the first time I picked up a BW game and im digging it so far, Im curently in Lacunosa Town. Eventually im going to drop Nidoking but he has been too useful to me. Empoleon has been utter shit up until now but he's finally coming into his own. I might drop him for Starmie or Slowbro but I dont want to have all gen 1 mons on my team again..

Maybe its just my Red DX playthough spilling over. That was a fun ride.

Based Gardevoir is my dragon slayer and takes care of faggot mons, hypnosis to take down sweepers and decent speed only outmatched by very few mons

Metagross doesn't have a good nature to make the best possible tank but he does work well as a muscle when facing annoying normal types and other mons that require physical tanking, metal coat and steel type signature move that makes him the ultimate psychic killer, plus he makes up for my team's lack of physical defense

Alakazam is my revenge killer, she wrecks shit up occasionally but can't be used often because of low physical defense (which sucks because fucking everybody in this game has bite) but reflect does help a lot as support for my other pokebros

Gallade is my lead most of the time, swords dance + close combat can sometimes take down three to four mons one by one, even gave him a hold item to occasionally negate fainting for that cheeky last hit, just wish he was faster

Starmie came by a little later but really proved herself with a good variety of moves and speed, she covers when none of my mons can and has a lucky as hell confusion for some reason, and scald to take down giants

Didn't had a lot of opportunities to use Claydol so i am still working on him, but his good speed and earthquake did saved me a few times, hopefully he will stop being so useless

I'm sorry but Swalot, and Drapion were REs. Jumpluff was a horde, but I wasn't horde hunting. The only horde hunted shiny was Stunky.

Plus RNG dictates that I'm more likely to encounter a shiny in a horde, as a opposed to single encounters.

Had to switch around my team so I wouldn't get swept by Skyla. Funny enough I beat her first try while Clay kept sweeping me with his Nidoking until I grinded Samurott to level 42. Previously had a Beedrill and a Maractus. Planning on making a Sand Team in the end once Pupitar finally evolves.

Qwilfish will serve you fine. Even with a mediocre special attack stat, Surf will do enough damage until you can actually get Waterfall. Also it gets revenge and rollout for superb coverage in Gen 4+
