I don't have Talonflame, so the block spawning was too much for me. I had to buy DD to even get through the level because Ninetales wasn't cutting it. That, and even when I did beat it, the catch rate was so low that I had to play it again. Eventually, I just bought everything but a C-1 and still had to use a great ball.

They're both max, so Zoroark has 90 power and Giratina has 100. Zoroark can get up to 99 with 3 RML. I think someone calculated that despite the 10 point power difference, Zoroark goes more damage because it benefits from its own Sinister Power, while Giratina does not.

Thinking a bit more about my competition team, I'm leaning towards M-Fug, Yveltal, Zoroark, and Darkrai. Fug for combos, Zoroark makes those combos hit harder (the rest of the team being dark helps too), Yveltal for the disruptions and the highest power Dark type, and Darkrai to for sleep to get increased damage (although this might be a bad thing, I'm not sure; those Yveltal disruptions could be handy). If I do use Darkrai, I'll probably raise its skill with cookies, I have a lot since I've never used them (a large and a medium would take Sleep Charm to level 4, should be nice). With the roles each of these mons play on the team, I don't think I can justify taking one off for a bug, Hoopa-U, or Dusknoir.

Oh and that list is assuming stages are mildly disruption full. If a stage had no disruptions it would always be Fug, Gengar or Shiny-Gary (depending on SEness) and youre going to want to mix it up on more disruptions heavy stages (so add Aerodactyl to the list, it's a godsend on stages packed with rocks and blocks, and Diancie to a lesser extent on stages that go nuts with barriers).

Yeah, I'm used to hellish grinding but this particular instance caught me off guard, as the anon who's been grinding Shaymin reported much better PSB yields and while I've skill grinded on almost every event mon so far, this is either the first or second time (Ho-Oh was a bitch iirc) I haven't gotten anything in 10 hearts.

Anyway, I'm trying to build a new OP based on an OP I found in the archives and I was wondering if you guys could help me out with three things.

First, I don't know the current number of catchable Pokemon.

Second, I don't know shit about mobile. Specifically I need the latest version number and if they have different current and upcoming events than 3DS. The last specifically mobile update listed in Ritchie's pastebin is 1.5.13 but the OP I'm using as an example lists 1.7.5.

Finally, I was gonna mention under new stuff added that the list of RML and SS mons has expanded, and I noticed that the pastebin hasn't been updated. Does anyone know who edits the pastebin? I've written up a list of the new skills and how many RMLs each of the mons in the latest update can use, I could post it here if someone wants to update the relevant pastebins.

Free grinding, except that you only get 3XP for each win. Good for levelling mons with very little XP left.

Survival mode's some dumb mode added to eat more of your hearts and money. You go in with a fixed team and play through randomly chosen stages to try and continue as long as possible. Complete it only once, because the repeat rewards suck.

Just started on main stages again after weeks of escalations and grinding. I almost forgot this game can be fun.

That said, currently trying to S-Rank Gravalantra and I'm having trouble even clearing it. Just failed with a Fug, Reshiram (for barriers), Gravalantra and Joltik team. Is there a trick in missing, or is this just one of those stages you need C-1 to S-Rank?

Today I'm skillgrinding my SS'd Dusknoir. I wish I had the time to grind it to level 5, that 40% boost would be lovely but I'm only gonna take it to level 2, since 20% is still quite nice. I just hope it doesn't take all day like level 2 Shaymin did, my current drop rate is 1 PSB per five hearts. I'm even using RMLs on it, I'm gonna give it a go in the Alakazam comp and let you guys know how it goes. I know some people probably think this is a waste, but Dusknoir is also one of my favorite ghosts, it's nice to see GS giving it some love.

thats good, as playing expert stages on 3ds is waaay more comfortable than on smartphones.

For me personally I use a o3ds pen instead of the n3ds one and I wear headphones and play only when I know I have silence for half an hour or so. Also get used to timed stages by practicing carnivire a lot.

Team should consist of strong SE that are visually easy to distinguis (so yvetal and zoroark are bad or both landorus are also pretty bad idea. Heatran and Luke for example are easy to tell apart)
Otherwise try with M-Luke or M-Zard (both available via mission cards)

I think my main complaint with the game right now is that RMLs are so scarce, and are needed in such a great abundance, since you generally need five per mon you want to use them on. There are only two from this escalation and it's not even a competition prize this time around. Now that we know GS is willing to make some mons take ten of them, it's even more worrisome. Sure we have the RML-dropping special stages, but I've never got one from any of those and I've heard of people here dumping tens of thousands of coins and not getting one. Other than that though, I still love this game.

So right now what are the best things to Skill Swap? I've already done Raikou, Yvetal, and Suicune, is anyone else worth it? I never found things like Quake really worth it since they seldom activate to begin with on top of the small amount of Pokemon they work with.

I was considering maybe Entei but I believe most of the stages he would be useful are long since past now.

Also, RML on Charizard, yes or no? It seems like most people go for that route.

This apathy combined with more and more S&M information being released caused the general to die quite frequently. I started Rumble and have 99% completed it, but I for the life can't do the last mission. My strongest guy is a Mewtwo with 2200 attack an he gets decided. I have all the stat up trees (which took a lot of grinding to not be a cuck and pay). Seems like I've got to buy the special trait up tree which costs jewels not game coins and then hope I get a legendary Mon that has every special trait. It's bullshit. They did update the game once to give an extra balloon so they're capable of it. I would love it if they added SuMo mons and got a bit more content into the game, but I imagine if they did that it wouldn't be until like 6 months after SuMo is released, and I reckon nobody really plays it enough anymore to justify it.

In Picross I'm grinding for the Megapencil. Not much else to say about that.

I could talk about GO but it has dedicated threads. Long and short is I, and most people I know, are getting bore of it. Updates are slow and Pathethic. If they don't add Gen II, and/or trading, I reckon it'll die in the next 2 months.

And Shuffle is Shuffle. As much as bitch and complain it's honestly one of the better freemium games out there, both in terms of Pokemon and games in general.
