That "use Vitality Drain twice on Exacdrill" was a fucking pain too. The activation rate of VD is terrible. How the hell do you S-rank Hoopa Unbound? I went with all items (incl C-1) and only beat it with 3 moves left.

I had already finished the Safari the first time around but was just grinding for Exp. and Coins with Staryu and Starmie when pic related happened, it's gonna be a long while before something like that happens again

I have 12 RMLs right now. I've already maxed the three beasts, Charizard, and Groudon. I'm definitely gonna use 5 on Yveltal, but I'm wondering if I should use another 5 on Genesect as it might be useful against M-Alakazam and Darkrai. I'm not sure what power it gets up to (presumably 115) or if Scyther ends up stronger.

I think spewpa's pretty good, if you bring scatterbug along.

Lickitung (175), Spewpa (219), Teddiursa (329), and maybe Snorunt (417) seem like the best 3-mon stages since they have enough hp to let you try multiple times per heart to get the combo going. They all either have themselves on the initial board or disrupt with large quantities of themselves (except for Spewpa which uses Scatterbug), so bringing M-Gengar, a ghost with Mega Boost, and Lickitung/Scatterbug/Teddiursa/Snorunt as the 3rd mon seems like a good strategy.

Chimecho (100) has most of the same benefits as the other stages I noticed, but its lower hp and weakness to M-Gengar means I'd probably only get one shot at the combo.

Lickitung seems best overall to me. Anybody else have opinions on this, or notice a good mon that I missed out on?

Celebi was released just shortly after Mew. They probably made it Psychic-type because Grass is so abundant. I didn't even remember Celebi's ability or type until it got SS, because it was so all-around shitty.

Victini might have more BP than the others because it gets the strongest move in the core games that doesn't self-KO. Or perhaps it's just because Fire is everyone's favorite type.

Guaranteed max level training for like 3-4 days assuming you play every few hours.

There's no point mass grinding a bunch of shitters that do neutral/negative damage and taking 5-7 minutes to complete a stage. Most people shit on it because of it being NVE against Steel and Dark prior to Mega Evolution, but back when it came out I actually decided to give it a shot and feed it the MSUs and so far it's got me through a lot of stages, just from the last batch of new Main Stages a lot of people were struggling with shit like Slakoth and Vigoroth but MMX made them a piece of cake, definitely a better Fighting Mega than Lucario unless we're talking about some heavy disruption shit

Would using Skill Swappers on the Kanto starters be a good idea? Mega Boost++ has a shit activation rate but they can be grinded (Granted it would take fucking ages) and a single Bulbasaur/Charmander/Squirtle match could Mega Evolve a fully candied Sceptile/Blaziken/Swampert in one turn

Man, I just can't decide between Genesect and Scyther. With the RMLs from the upcoming escalation, I should have enough for Yveltal and either one of the bugs. Scyther ends up stronger, so it'd be better in combos caused by M-Fug, etc. I haven't really used Gene since CC got nerfed, I used it on a main stage once recently and when I was lucky enough to finally proc CC on a 4-match, it got me 650 damage (level 10, supereffective). I think a maxed out Scyther with a maxed L-Boost does more than that. Though neither of their abilities are reliable; I'm leaning towards the higher power of Scyther but falling for the meme feels a bit wrong.

Bug is an awful offensive type and L-Boost is about impossible to trigger, Genesect is only good only because of CC and high base power
If you want extra damage in combos you could have 3 mons with 15 RMLs instead of falling for the 10 RMLs meme on Scyther, also by far the best mons you could use RMLs on is stuff with base power of 60 and 70 that only get 5 RMLs since the last level (14 to 15) gives a boost of about 9 instead of 3
Granted we'll be seeing a lot of meme masters with teams like Heracross, Scyther, Genesect and Yveltal and all RMLd, but I don't think there will be enough people like that for any of us to miss on the top bracket prices
