I could honestly see all of them being the same-typing. A lot of them have rock-like features, for obvious reasons.

Kabutops seems more like Bug/Steel than water though. If it has to have water I'd say water as the secondary type.

I think both Aerodactyl and Archeops could be Flying/Dragon.

I can't see Rampardos or Bastiodon as not being a Rock-type, though. Carracosta too for an extent.
