Scald+Wish/Protect+Regenerator+ Whatever else you want.
It has good special Bulk, Scald fucks over physical attackers, and you can wish-protect off most damage. If you don't score a burn on a physical attacker, Alomalola can bug out with Regenerator, and come back ready to try again later.

Many UU and even some RU mons aren't BAD, they're just not as splashable as OU mons. Some of them are just too situational. Suicune can easily handle unprepared OU teams, it happened in SPL.

The most common set is CroCune: Calm Mind, Scald, Rest, Sleep Talk. It has amazing defenses and it can run this really well. Just be aware that not every Suicune set is CroCune, people use it interchangeably with other sets since this one is just so common.

Some people run Roar or Ice Beam over Sleep Talk (I think it's Sleep Talk). That way you aren't walled by Toxicroak and the like.
