Vanilluxe has good stats, but pure ice type is just meh.

From the top of my heah, I can list a few good ice types

Overall, Ice pokemon are generally underwhelming and need huge team support, aside the ones mentioned before. My Obamasnow and Glaceon wouldn't be very good in Doubles without Trick Room and Hail, for instance.
