When I was a teenager I thought he was cool as hell and hated Seviper. While I don't hate him, they certainly swapped places on my favorites list.

It does work with a solid movepool and Toxic Boost but is pretty much shit unless it's poisoned

it doesn't replace something important like Sandslash for me either. or Sneasel + evo.
