Is it a sin to refer to CoroCoro and official announcements as leaks? It's obvious they're not actually leaks, it's just a meme. What do the good folk of /vp/ think?
Inb4 that one fucker posts with a wall of caps

Those are some big-ass leeks.
CoroCoro before the 15th is a leak.
Information on official site is no leak and everyone eho calls it a leak is retarded
>>28385494
Even if they just call them leaks for the sake of the meme?

Any information released before the official release date is a leak. So yes, Coro Coro gets leaked because we get the info before it's officially released to the public.
Website updates, etc are not leaks.
Anyone who disagrees with either of those statements needs to borrow a dictionary or take a shotgun mouthwash.

Even then
In our case, a leak is when official information makes its way to the internet before it was intended to. Corocoro and the trailers are just official news, but when Corocoro scans appear around the 12th then it's considered a leak, something that wasn't suposed to be up that early. When a fucking trailer appears on /vp/, split in webms and screencaps, it's one hell of a leak even if that same trailer is released as news in the Pokémon official YT channel tomorrow.
Know the difference, it probably won't save your life though.

Quads of truth. Couldn't have said it better myself.

He has quad-5's. He must be right.

I don't think anyone is calling them leaks in the usual sense. When corocoro is shown earlier than it's suppose to, they're considered leaked, aren't they? Even if it's information that will be released days later and everyone knows that.
Corocoro being revealed earlier by someone not acting officially for Corocoro is considered a leak. Not sure how that's considered a meme?

Especially then.

Yes

I think there were a few times when Coro2 information and photo is out before it is sold in store.
Therefore it can be considered leaks.
