Probably not, it's still top tier in the first Mystery Dungeon games though since Infatuation is a broken as fuck mechanic in R/B though.

Hopefully Normalize gets a slight boost to it where attacks have 15% extra power like how Pixillate and Aerilate give extra 30% to those attacks, but Normalize works on all attacks too.
