If, as I expect, the Aether Foundation will end up being too "good" and will try to liberate pokemon to save them from their "abusive" trainers (yeah, reused plot, I know), it's more likely she'll still be very sweet, but also too trusting of Lusamine's plans. Alright, so I've got an idea for a follow-up to the yuri train that I'm working on that has a few of the Unova leaders getting in on her goods.

A very nice start. I like the cameltoe, and the tummy overhang is also very well done. The nips seem a tad off, but that is the sort of thing I believe will come together once it is colored.
The expression has a lot of potential for later work.

I could just be trippin' here, but proportionally, the space between her boobs and her neck looks a little long. I may also be mis-calculating where her boobs begin or something.

Overall, a very fine piece. If you hadn't said anything, I wouldn't have known you were new.

It's not bad, but I recommend working on your linework and anatomy.

[WARNING: heinous nitpicking incoming]
There's something about your linework that I can't quite put my finger on, but you may want to experiment with more varied brush widths. Aside from some finer details your lines are pretty uniformly thick, are you using a single brush and relying on pen pressure for different line weights? Varying line weight is important for giving a sense of depth and dynamism when you're working with thicker lines.
Also fiddle with your stabilizer settings, something is wonky there (but that might be the application's fault, you might not be able to fix it).

Getting to anatomy, you don't have any egregious errors, though I would tidy up that cameltoe if I were you - a fat mons pubis is great but her vulva should probably occupy more of her crotch if her panties are biting into her that much (I'd look at hentai for reference here). Her breasts are great, they've got weight to them and fall realistically, and her face is pretty damn cute. You do need to learn how to draw hands and feet, though. You can't hide them forever. Overall B-, good but room for improvement (and don't let my nitpicking get you down, you're better than a lot of people already. I wanted the criticism to be constructive and useful, not harmful)

One of the important things I see a lot of people miss when transitioning to digital art is that they keep conservative habits - ie, you can only erase so many times before the paper is unusable so keep erasing to a minimum, make your lines count, go slower and don't make mistakes.

Fuck all of that, ctrl-z is your greatest weapon. Undo and redraw every line a dozen times if you have to, it doesn't matter. Break every limb (fuck, every finger) out onto its own layer if you have to so you can isolate them and work on them independently of the rest of the image. Zoom in on that shit. If you can draw a hand that takes up a full page just fine but can't draw a hand that fits under a nickel, just blow up that nickel-sized space and draw a hand using the whole fucking screen. Flip the canvas if you can draw the right side of something but not the left - just draw the right side twice.

There's a huge community of lewd artists who stream their drawing, and watching them can be a great way to pick up techniques you wouldn't have thought of yourself.
