Gen 6 is my least favorite gen, but I think it has the best gym leaders

Guilty of being a Sinnohfetus, though my favorite gen is 2. I don't think gen 6 is absolutely terrible, it just feels awfully incomplete. Wish they'd spent more time working on it.

Pokedex is diverse and make every playthrough unique
I like all gen 6 pokemon
The pacing issues are a problem during the first playthrough because you don't know what will happen but after that you realise that the story as a whole is great
Even if gym leaders don't leave their gym beside Korrina, they feel really diverse
It's true that the game is easy but only because you're over leveled. If you don't use the exp share the game is just a regular pokemon game. The difficulty comes from random trainers rather than from gym leaders and e3. Some random trainers have egg moves or shitty gimmick (for exemple the first trainer on the victory road has a weavile with ice punch or the forced double battle with 2 furfrous early in the game) That makes the game feel like a real world where trainers other than the top trainers are actually dangerous.

Maybe I'm a fag, and most people will disagree with my opinion but it's a good gen and I really like it.
