Butterfree, simply because Ash is saying goodbye to the very first Pokémon he ever caught. Pikachu's Goodbye doesn't count because you knew Pikachu was coming back before the end, but Butterfree actually happened and was permanent.

Puni-chan's Song - Sad Version, while moving isn't saying goodbye to something you've raised since it was a child and you'll never see again. Now when Bonnie has to say goodbye to Puni-chan, that will be something else, but at the moment Butterfree wins.
