Thanks to this thing, Salandit, Alolan Marowak, and the dancing bird, I could happily do a mono fire playthrough in this, as long as Litten doesn't evolve into that fugly wrestling thing. Although if it does, I might just prevent it from evolving and make Litten my shouldermon. I've done it once with Cyndaquil up to lv 40-ish in gen 2, but I can't remember why.

Unlike Turtonator, Blastoise is an inconsistent design that comes from an evolution line that little to do with tanks. Would've been better if it was redesigned entirely or been a Water/Steel stand alone similar to Lapras.

I agree desu. I wish it kept the rad tail and ears of Wartortle, or at least resembled it a bit more. It's kinda silly that they didn't give mega Blastoise steel typing either.
