So far it looks like a typical slow bulky mon with low-mid base HP and mid-high Defense, most likely low-mid Special Defense, should explain the tiny damage it has received.

There's an equation you can plug numbers into to find it. Go to bulbapedia or serebii and you can find it. It's different for hp and the other stats, mind.
