It would be great as a game roamer... but instead of "you encountered Type: null! It ran away!", you'd get into a normal random fight, and then BOOM - this motherfucker would DYNAMIC ENTRY and take out whatever you were fighting (even if it was shiny... ESPECIALLY if it was shiny, that would be fucking hilarious bait.), and then it would stick around of one or two turns against whatever you were fielding, and then it would whirlwind / dragon tail / whatever away your pokemon, ending the encounter.
