I'd actually like this, it would be interesting to have a female antagonist and she actually looks like she'd be intimidating as a villain unlike Guzma who just looks too goofy to take seriously, it might also be the fact she has a bit of a "not that innocent" look in her eyes and the fact she has no whites in her eyes. If she isn't the true villain I'd hope Gladion is the actual boss of Team Skull because the fact he clutches his arm like there's something he's trying to hold back and the fact his ace Pokemon is one that has the power to rival that of legendary Pokemon is just too strange to have him simply be a Team Admin and nothing more. There's definitely more to him.

Guzma actually looks like a nice guy.
I mean they lay on the "bad gangstah" thing a little to thick with him.
I wouldnt be surprised if he turns out to be chaotic good.
He just doesnt have the same 'card carrying villain' vibe that literally every other evil leader had. he seems too chill and fun.
By all means, i wouldnt mind if they took the evil villain in a different route and gave us someone more affable/crazy than megalomaniacal, which Guzma could easily fulfill.
