It took me only a month... GRANTED I caught all the available 'mon on Soul Silver, transferred it up to B2 where I did the same then transferred it up to AS. when /wifigen/ multis happen. It is a very special time because 99 times out of 100 they will never ever happen. Never ever multis is a meme here in /wifigen/

typically we do several multi battles with different partners each time and we try and fit as many battles as we can before:
a) one or more of us get tired
b) maybe a team switch happens
c) more people are waiting for their turn to join the multis fun (which is even more rare than the multis occurring)

for the actual battles we usually look down on using box legends because it's not fun when there is a Primal Groudon or Mega Fug wrecking house against the hipster shitmons we spend 220 eggs to breed for that shiny/6IV, but other than that anything goes.

Well yeah WT/GTS generates a fair amount of points, especially if you're trading with people physically far from you. But the best thing is breeding+WT since running circles around the island also give points very fast.

Yeah the game seems to love doing that. At one point I had to breed like 2,5 boxes of Litwicks to get a 5 IV special attacker (hp/def/sp.a/sp.d/speed) instead of one with attack. Hell, I think at the end I got a Litwick with 6 IV's before I got one with 5 IV's of correct spread.

Yeah you most likely can't carry over the miles or items to S/M so the most useful thing to do is to boost some pokes you want to IV train to level 100 with candies or use some ability capsules.
