How do I scan QR codes if my 3DS is on Sys 11.0.0? I used to be able to scan them when I downgraded, but now that I have CFW I can't. QR codes are so much more handy.

If you have cfw you can install the old 9.2 browser and inject like that, or you can just use the qr code to get the pk6 file into pkhex, or, the best way, you can use ntr debugger to inject the pokemon from your pc over wifi to your ds without having to disconnect your 3ds from the internet/leaving gts. That means I can inject and send a pokemon in less than a minute without unnecessary waiting times, it's amazing

it's a bit different now that FBI got updated (you dont need to install to sysnand anymore etc), but this is the basics.

You should really consider doing the ntr debugger thing though, the first time set up is a bit longer, but it is so much faster.

follow this guide EXACTLY. The guide tries to be as careful as possible, but if you don't follow it as it says you still have a chance to brick your 3ds. If you are able to read and follow instructions though, you should have no problem setting it all up in 1-2h.

Consider getting a bigger sd card though, the stock 4gb one is pretty small (for example, ORAS is 2gb installation file + 2gb installed, so that would mean your sd card is full after 1 game).

Just press "Part 1" on the right side, figure out your system version and click the link in the table that corresponds to your version, follow the steps and then do the same for part 2 and 3.

did you ever have emunand and sysnand? or are you new to the whole thing? The whole seperation between emunand and sysnand is pretty outdated by now. The way it works now there's only one system on your 3ds and the a9lh boots so early that it gives you all the access you could ever want. That means you no longer need to switch between emunand and sysnand when playing/installing cias.
