Why bother lowering stats when they can switch out.

Either buff your own or don't do it at all.

Skill Swap Regigigas or Slaking and sleep the opponents with stantler.

That's a bad idea, it's not like Swampert is Shedinja and getting rid of its weakness (and its Swift Swim in the process) means you win by default.
There are lots of neutral attacks it dies to.
Scarf Skill Swap is also tremendously stupid.
