Solgaleo is 5 because it meets the basic criteria for an alright design. The almost floral design of the head and the base body.

I could draw a Pokemon better than Lunaala. Too circular. Lazy as shit in terms of anatomy - it's literally a stretched relatively circular canvas.

Top tier design, I like that it can curl its "hands" and tail up into a cocoon.

A little edgy but it's fitting. 8/10, a little too red.

Xerneas, Yveltal and Zygarde are fucking great legendaries with shitty games, or in the case of Zygarde no fucking game. Either way, the box legends for gen 6 were a return to form after "muh kaiju" garbage of gens 3, 4, and 5.

8/10. I like how they made the "Y" work, but I still feel it is a bit overdone. >>28292226 I think shortening either the Tail or the hand fingers would go a long way for the design.

I feel like it is too thin, especially the leg area of the body. It doesn't look like it could support its weight without folding. Whats more, the tail is so obnoxious, that I question the necessity of the legs, since it probably isn't taking off again if it lands anyways.

Perhaps unrelated, so not graded, but I feel that its cry starts strong, but around the second third of it looses a lot of the luster, and makes it sound a little... I dunno, I'm not a sound-guy, but i'd say... whiny?

Oblivion Wing is possibly the most confusing attack in Pokemon. Giant laser beam? Normal type, or maybe Dragon. "Oblivion"? Ghost or Dark. Drain effect? Grass. On the pokemon of destruction and death? Definitely Dark. Oh, wait, Flying, of course, how could I mistake that?

Oblivion "wing" would imply it uses its wings to attack making it a flying type move. But because its a lazer i dont understand why it wasnt called oblivion lazer or beam it wouldve made more sence.

The horn/ears and beak are a little odd, and the 3 spiny flaps on the back of its wings could have been left out.
The Y shaped body, Y shaped feet, and finger wingers are all pretty neat.
Coloration is simple, but I like it. Shiny is top-tier.
