Oh, you mean in game. Well I feel something could be done to make Attack Order, Defend Order, and Heal Order more meaningful, but they already sound strong on paper. Speed is her weakest stat, so in some way she needs a way to improve it. Or just a Mega Evolution to give an excuse for it.

I used her in Black and White after the Elite 4, and in my second playthrough of X and Y. In X and Y she was actually almost overpowered in the way she could absorb hits and do reasonable damage back. She was who I would fall back on when in a tight situation, as long it didn't have Rock moves.

X and Y were easy even without the Exp. Share though, so maybe it doesn't speak volume to her usability. Vespiquen has good stats though, she just isn't competitively viable.

drop the flying type, either mono bug or give her dark type

This was quite a while back so I may be getting some details wrong:

I released turtwig just after I traded in a female combee egg. I then realised I'd fucked up and spent an hour getting her to level 5 by killing bidoofs.
I'm pretty sure I caught a random shitmon to beat roark.
Gust took out gardenia's entire team.
Combee evolved, learnt power gem and proceeded to destroy everything up until water gym guy.
After that she became less useful but still managed to pull her weight.

I beat the elite 4 with: Vespiquen, Porygon-Z, Regice, Gastrodon and Drifblim.
