Why is infestation a contact move? You're literally summoning

Which is really fucking weird: Stone Edge, rock blast and Rock Wrecker don't make contact, and they're the only rock type moves worth using for damage.

I guess you see rock slide in triple battles a bit,

Though head Smash is also pretty good... to bad none of the pokemon with the rock head ability learn it.
