I used it in a recent gameplay in ORAS. It was not that bad. Not that good obviously. But its sun form helped me beat Steven. And I used a combo Castform Rain Dance-Mega Swampert Surf to OHKO the psychic champions. It was pretty cool.

Give it's Weather forms a slight stat boost and give them abilities. Like Swift swim or w/e.

Thunderstorm would let electric Pokemon do more damage and activate Volt Absorb/Motor Drive every turn for those mons with it

Just give it slightly better bulk, and actual good Sp Att and Speed and it could do work. It already has the movepool it needs.

Weather Ball, Hurricane, Thunder, Energy Ball would be terrifying on a real Rain Sweeper.

Give it a fucking Sandstorm form.

Castform is getting a unique Z-Crystal, Castforium Z! Using the Castforium Z in battle lets Castform use the powerful Z-Move, Weather Force, which has a different type and effect depending on the current weather!

More weather moves and forms, cause if it's gonna be a gimmick pokemon, it might as well have more than 3 gimmicks.

How about if Castform is holding the appropriate weather rock, it will automatically summon the corresponding weather that triggers its transformation?

Basically give it an item-dependent Drought/Drizzle/Snow Warning on top of its transformative ability

That...actually has quite a bit of potential. There would still be edge cases where it would end up boosting the enemy though, or where it just does nothing much at all.
