Are made up evolutions of real pokemon allowed? Did a shitty version of this in a thread about improving Ledian earlier today and thought I'd do a better one. Also snatched some stats from the discussion.

Couldn't come up with a good name because Ledyba and Ledian's names seem to barely be based on anything at all besides the word ladybug.
