I actually do.
When I played through White, I needed a grass type on my team and I caught Maractus just in time.

I think it's really cute. It's not good enough to use though

I also prefer Cacturne to Maractus

Me. I boxed Servine in anticipation of it in W2, because admittedly I had no idea where it was in White. I think that was Maractus's downfall, not because it was single stage.

i was letting my friend's 5yo daughter look through the old 3D pokedex and when she got to maractus she thought it was great

It's cute, I like it. Water Absorb can be fun. It's not going to win any tournaments, but it's definitely bro-worthy.

I've always liked it but it's not really... relevant or good for much so I usually kind of overlook it.

Fun fact: Though Maractus is a complete PU shitmon, a Mega with +50Def, +30SpAtk, and +20Spe along with the ability Poison Point would be a guaranteed OU.

it can use solar beam AND sunny day, and if you give it cholorophyl its lack of speed is removed in the sun
you can have it peteldance and switch away after it gets confused
or use after you when a dragon type decides to use a stab.

It looks more like a Digimon with its smile and eyes, makes it stand out among other Pokemon. I like the colors as well. It's not even necessarily cute because its eyes and the like prevent it from that, only the flowers would indicate "sweetness" or so, but not by much. Because of that, it looks more like a monster, I think, so I like it a lot. It's my favourite Gen5 Pokemon.

I won't say my taste is better or anything of that sorts, but I do have something against 13year olds who aren't even teenagers anymore and still like "cool" Pokemon since it just seems as if they never grew up or grew out of their own childlike mind, As if it never evolved and they're teenagers at heart and mind, basically manchildren.
You could make the same argument about people only liking cute Pokemon, though, but I like literally any kind of Pokemon anyways. Some more than others, though.
