Let me explain, since the others are being cunts:

A Pokemon can get a max of 252 EVs in one stat. So for example, if you are training your Torchic on Attack EVs, you would need to go to Mt. Pyre in ORAS and use Sweet Scent there.

There's a 100% chance for you of encountering a horde of 5 Shuppet. Each of these Shuppet earn you 1 EV in Attack. If you give your Pokemon a Power Item, for Attack it's a Power Bracer, your Pokemon gets 4 Attack EVs extra, regardless of the Pokemon fought. This means you get 5 Attack EVs per Shuppet. When your Pokemon has Pokerus or has had Pokerus, the EV amount gathered doubles.

So you get 10 Attack EVs per Shuppet, which adds up to 50 Attack EVs per Shuppet horde. So you only have to defeat 6 hordes to get to 300, which comes down to your max of 252. 5 hordes and one extra Shuppet should be enough in this case as well.
