Great and Excellent is based on the timing of that shrinking inner circle. When pokeball falls within a smaller circle size, you get Great throws. When the inner circle is almost gone, i.e. You hit bullseye, you get excellent throws.

Meh. Persian is very low tier. Stick with your Wigglytuff for now and work on getting any of Clefable, Lapras, Dewgong, or Cloyster to take on Dragonite.

Play Rough is really only useful against Dragonite considering Fighting types are virtually irrelevant in the game and there aren't any Dark types yet.

This is my hatch of the day, finally have a high CP/good IV Clefairy. Almost have enough for my first Clefable.

This also lends credence to my theory that the game somehow fucks you on movesets when you have 90-100% IV pokemon. Been sticking with 80-89% IVs and couldn't be happier. This fucker is 85%, I also have another Gyarados with Dragon Breath/Dragon Pulse.

It all balances out though. My luck with Fire type movesets is abysmal.

What are the chances we get to discard eggs we don't want in a later update?
