I'm a sucker for characters that are immortal or very long-lived.

He's kind of a sad guy but I hope his life has turned around recently since he has his old friend back and all

I always wondered what would be of his life after the ending of XY. He's immortal and his floette is back, so what now? did he went somewhere peaceful to live for all eternity with his floette? is he still traveling around kalos? did he go to other regions? Does his king title hold any weight in modern Kalos?

He's a cool character but I wanted to see more of him.

he's the former king of Kalos.
he's over 3000 years old.
he created the ultimate weapon or rather;
his floette was drafted in the war, floette was killed, so he builds a machine to bring it back to life, it makes both him and Floette immortal. However his despair consumed him and he converted the machine into the ultimate weapon, which he used to annihilate both sides of the war. His Pokémon, disgusted with the fact that the machine was powered by the life energy of other Pokémon, left him. Thus he became the eternal tramp he is now.
He also witnessed Mega Rayquaza stop Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre.

It's annoying. I fucking love the actual plot of XY. An old king wishes to bring back a friend who passed away but at a terrible price, and becomes cursed to wander the world in solitude for all eternity; it's very fairy tale-like, I LOVE it. The problem is that the entire fucking plot is told in one single plot dump at the end of the game, completely ruining it.
God I hate XY for its shit pacing.
