Vespiquen's stats are fine. Bug/Flying just doesn't cut it for mons that are built for defensive roles. Would've been better as Bug/Steel.

Thats the problem with the phy/spe split, before that pokemon needed massive investment in both stats to use their STABs, and often times that meant no remaining STAB for speed.
