Outside of Iron Head, there aren't really any other moves that would make a ton of sense on it that it doesn't already learn.

He doesn't learn those.
He has to be bred/tutored or taught via tm.
He doesn't naturally learn it.

He only learns 2 steel moves and for being an "aura" Pokemon it makes little sense that he is part steel.
