Sheer heart attack is a sub stand, just a bomb Killer Queen can use. Echoes works with sounds in ACT 1, turn sounds into reality in ACT 2, and use gravity by name association in ACT 3. With all of the ACT stands, like tusk, you can choose what form to use for the most part. For anything else, try going to /a/ , thats more of their shtick.

Echoes is just one stand with different forms, which are gradually unlocked one after the other (it'll be like this with Johnny's stand too), while Sheer Heart Attack is only a sub-power of Killer Queen. In particular, it's a part of one of its hands that can detach and act on its own.

Johnny is literally the opposite of Jonathan.

Jonathan was always benevolent, however his major fault was that he was naive and so his character grew by shedding that naivety and coming to the revelation that Dio was just plain evil and needed to die even though as his adoptive brother he still cared for him.

Johnny was a rich jerk who got what he deserved and grew as a character by falling from the top of society (a rich playboy) to the very bottom (a friendless cripple) and ultimately learning empathy and respect for his fellow man.

It could be said they both arrived at the same destination having shed their demons but their journeys were very distinct.
