Popplio will probably be somewhat fast, but I predict middling offensive stats and decent bulk. More Serperior than Charizard. It'll probably favor Special offensively and defensively for sure, tho.

I'm guessing a Feraligatr/Swampert style spread for Litten. Slower and higher attack seem likely.

I have no idea for Rowlet. Right now I'm guessing fast and high mixed offenses like Infernape, but a more defensive spread wouldn't surprise me.
